palin
Palin, meaning again, anew, overlaps 3D printing with sand casting.
Exploring between digital precision meeting physical reality, celebrates the trace of the making process.
Despite its raw, rugged finish, each piece demands meticulous craftsmanship, reworking on the same product until the maker captures the ideal balance between refined skill and embracing the techniques' unpredictable outcomes.

Re:
construction
Re:construction, started as a collaborative project with jewellery designer Lois Lo. Inspired by the industrial lines of rebar, the collection merges Lois’s signature architecturally-influenced style with June’s expertise in 3D printing and refined silversmithing. Together, they have forged jewellery collection that embodies a raw, material-focused aesthetic that strips the form down to its skeletal, structural essence.
Our Story
Both material and process is not only an element of my works. Attention to the material and bringing the idea into reality is a process of adding layer to a piece of work, actively engaging and embedding the maker into an object.
This often leads to exploring the balance between control and freedom. By merging 3D printing with sand casting, she contrasts machine precision with the unpredictability of the handmade. Through repetitive layering and focused labor, Yoo captures traces of time and process, embedding the human gesture within every finished object.
