We offer returns within 14 days after your order being delivered.

If you want to make a return, reach out via out contact page, you will receive instructions within 24-48 hours.

Please note that engraved, custom ordered pieces may not be eligible for a return.

We offer a one-off free resizing service for rings. for other jewellery there could be additional cost added.

You can either drop-off/collect from our workshop in London, or via post.

The process involves initial design discussions, sketches if needed, and updates.

Before starting production, we will ask for a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. You are welcome to provide us with reference images or a mood board, while we don’t replicate other artist/brand’s design.
